She is committed to lifelong learning and has attended numerous professional development workshops and obtained additional certifications in social work, including becoming a certified practitioner of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Briget has specialized training in EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Briget finds client transformation to be the most exciting part of her work, and she feels privileged to witness and participate in her clients' transformation.

My path to where I am today has been anything but linear. There have been many twists and turns. Perhaps you can relate. If you choose to work with me, I promise to show up authentically in our space as my true self, hoping to meet yours.

Transformation is possible!
