Couples Therapy
Couples therapy improves relationships by enhancing communication skills, managing conflicts, and increasing intimacy. As a therapist, I strive to equip couples with the necessary tools to identify and change negative patterns that may impact their relationship negatively. The goal is to enable partners to interact with empathy, communicate their feelings clearly and effectively, and respond better to their partner's needs.
Group Therapy
